– 10:45. Apertura del área de transición prueba sprint open

1000m natación + 5km carrera (1-2 vueltas)
Prueba sprint open:
500m natación + 2,5km carrera (1-1 vueltas)
Prueba de menores:
PREBENJAMÍN Y BENJAMÍN: 150m natación + 1km carrera (lineal ida y vuelta) – (1-1 vueltas)
ALEVÍN E INFANTIL: 300m natación + 2Km carrera (lineal ida y vuelta) – (1-1 vueltas)
CADETE Y JUVENIL: 500m natación + 2,5km carrera (1-1 vueltas)
